My wife and I are very pleased to report that Margie's Interiors and Carpet Barn are the place to go if you are planning a kitchen renovation! From the initial contact with Jason Lustig, President of both businesses, we received full assistance in planning the kitchen renovation. It included the creation of a cabinetry plan, demolition of our old kitchen, electrical improvements by a licensed electrical contractor, wall repairs and resurfacing, installation of new cabinets and granite countertops, and a new Mannington floor covering. The total time to do the kitchen renovation was a bit less than we expected. Margie's Interiors met the completion date that was written into the job contract. That, in today's world, says something! Jason oversaw all aspects of the renovation and was always available to answer our questions. His communication with us was absolutely terrific! Jason has excellent tradesmen that you can count on receiving quality work from, and who also have an excellent work ethic. The cost of our kitchen renovation was much lower than what the "big box" stores had quoted us! So if you believe in supporting long established people in your local community you would be very wise to give Margie's Interiors and Carpet Barn an opportunity to present a plan & quote to you. John & Bob did an excellent job! As you know, our balcony has challenges -- curved wall, stucco finish, and waterproofing bead around the perimeter. Delightful experience from the moment I walked into store -- to Jason measuring my home -- to installation. 10 out of 10 stars! I had a very bad experience with carpet purchased 8 yrs ago from XXXX. That carpet company would not honor the warranty. Looking at the carpet made me sick to my stomach. A lovely green that turned various shades of green over the years. At Carpet Barn & More, I was never pressured into the purchase, even after my home was measured. Everyone was kind, courteous and respectful.
